Vacation Bible School
2023
VBS this year was a success. We had 89 kids attend. I am proud to say we had 19 of those children give their hearts to Jesus.

VBS lasted from Wednesday until Friday, with a camp out Friday night, for those that wanted to. We went from 10am until 5pm each day.
Every day we had a new lesson on Jesus, and then ended the day with some fun.

Wednesday, Allen Lynch brought a couple of his horses for the kids to ride. This was the first time some of these kids had ever seen a horse, much less rode one.

Even our leaders took a turn.

Kids of all ages rode.
Thursday, we had fun in the water. The kids enjoyed water balloons, a sprinkler, and a giant waterslide.

Friday, we celebrated the end of VBS with a glow party. Some of the kids got their faces painted and enjoyed dancing with glow sticks.

All during Bible School, it was so heart warming to see so many young souls at the alter. We never want to push religion on any person. But to offer an open line of communication with God to these children, and see them take those first steps in having a relationship with our Lord is all we could ask for.
